Through my career I transitioned often, enjoying the ride, appreciating the ups and downs ;-). And I learned that to get closer to our dreams, we have to get real with ourself and acknowledge that we ourselves are holding us back. We self-sabotage and call it perfectionism. This is hiding behind excuses, I had to admit I was doing exactly that!
Then I came to terms with who I am and who I thought I needed to be, who I wanted to be and who I actually am. I had no clue that these could be different things.
